CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Leonard Carmack called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.

The panel for the Town Hall meeting included Mayor Pro Tem Carl Tyson, Council Member
Charlie Miller, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman, Fire
Battalion Chief Jeff Morris, Interim Director of Parks and Community Services Ray McDonald,
Director of Public Works Ron Young, Director of Economic Development Bill Ridgway, and
Director of Planning and Development Mike Collins.
