Mayor Saleh called the worksession to order at 9:05 a.m. at the Texas Star Conference Center
in Euless, Texas.
Those present included:

Director of Public Works Ron Young Director of Economic Development Bill Ridgway

Paul Shaw and David Robbins with RTKL Architectural Associates, Inc.
John St. Clair and Chris Colombe with Henry S. Miller Commercial Real Estate
Topics of discussion included:
➢ A presentation by RTKL Architectural Associates, Inc., regarding the proposed
development of the Del Bennett property located at SH183 and SH360.
➢ Discussion of the development of the property located on the southwest corner of
SH121 and Glade Road including code enforcement issues.
➢ Discussion of the Main Street reconstruction project.
y Update on the feasibility study for a performing arts facility in the City of Euless.
➢ Preliminary discussion of the Fiscal Year 2003-2004 budget process.
➢ Received report on water and sewer rate study along with analysis of water and sewer
rates and consumption.
y Review of the financial report for the period ending December 31, 2002.
