OTHER STAFF AND COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT Fire Chief Lee Koontz, Director of Public Works Ron Young, Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman, Police Lieutenants John Williams, Steve Eskew, Joe Kraft, Danny Neil and Steve Kockos, Police Sergeant Joe Foran, Police Corporals James Gordon and David Priest, Fire Battalion Chief John O'Brien, Special Projects Manager Lou Baum, Recreation Manager Suzanne Hendrickson and City Secretary Susan Crim.
