CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Leonard Carmack called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

The panel for the Town Hall meeting included Council Members Glenn Porterfield and Leon
Hogg, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, Police Captain Harland Westmoreland, Fire
Battalion Chief Jeff Morris, Interim Director of Parks and Community Services Ray McDonald,
Assistant Director of Public Works Robert Barker, Director of Economic Development Bill
Ridgway, and Director of Planning and Development Mike Collins.

the police and court facility.
