CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Mary
Lib Saleh at 9:25 a.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2004, in the Conference Room at the
Texas Star Conference Centre, 1400 Texas Star Parkway, Euless, Texas. Those
present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Mayor Pro Tern Carl Tyson, Council Members
Leon Hogg, Bob Edwards, Charlie Miller, Glenn Porterfield, and Veva Lou Massey.
Staff Members Present
City Manager Joe Hennig, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, City Secretary Susan
Crim, Director of Fiscal and Administrative Services Loretta Getchell, and Director of
Economic Development Bill Ridgway.
CLOSED SESSION
Closed session was held regarding deliberation of pending litigation, as authorized by
Section 551.071, real property, as authorized by Section 551.072, and economic
development negotiations, as authorized by Section 551.087, of the Texas Government
Code.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 11:25 a.m.
