CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Leonard Carmack called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
COUNCIL AND STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT
Council Members present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Mayor Pro Tem Glenn Porterfield,
Council Member Leon Hogg, Council Member Linda Martin and Council Member Veva Lou
Massey.
Staff members present in addition to Police Chief Leonard Carmack, included City Manager
Joe Hennig, Assistant City Manager Loretta Getchell, City Secretary Susan Crim, Director of
Planning and Development Mike Collins, Public Works Director Ron Young, Parks and
Community Services Director Ray McDonald, Director of Economic Development Bill
Ridgway, Fire Chief Lee Koontz, Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman, Assistant Police Chief
Harland Westmoreland, Fire Marshal Paul Smith, Police Lieutenants John Williams, Joe Kraft
and Danny Neil, Police Sergeants Ron Williamson and Gary Landers, Neighborhood Police
Officers Tony Burnett, Joe Hoerth and James Gordon, Public Works Manager Chris Barker,
and Economic Development Secretary Kaye Anderson.
