EULESS CITY HALL THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2005 CALL TO ORDER Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. COUNCIL AND STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT Council Members present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Mayor Pro Tern Glenn Porterfield, Council Member Leon Hogg and Council Member Charlie Miller. Staff members present in addition to Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman, included City Manager Joe Hennig, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, Assistant City Manager Loretta Getchell, City Secretary Susan Crim, Public Works Director Ron Young, Parks and Community Services Director Ray McDonald, Director of Economic Development Bill Ridgway, Assistant Police Chief Harland Westmoreland, Fire Marshal Paul Smith, Fire EMS Chief Jeff Morris, Police Lieutenants Steve Eskew, John Williams, Joe Kraft and Danny Neil, Police Sergeant Gary Landers, Neighborhood Police Officer Tony Burnett, Library Administrator JoAnn Rogers, City Engineer Robert Barker, Planning Manager Eric Wilhite, Public Works Manager Chris Barker, Economic Development Secretary Kaye Anderson, Library Secretary Karan Jaspar and Code Services Senior Inspector Jim Moy.
