Mayor Saleh called the worksession to order at 6:05 p.m. in the precouncil room of City Hall,
201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included:

Dell Bennett introduced his team members who are working on the refinement of his plan to
develop the property he owns on SH360 and SH183. Each of the participants described their
vision of the development of a mixed use residential and commercial area and answered the
questions of the Mayor, Council Members and staff.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
