Mayor Saleh called the worksession to order at 6:00 p.m. in the conference room at City Hall,
201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas.
Those present included:

The representatives of TxDOT and Lockwood Andrews & Newnam, Inc., gave a presentation
on the conceptual design plans for the expansion and reconstruction of SH183 through Euless
as it is incorporated into the overall plan from Interstate 35E to Interstate 35W. There is a
possibility there will be upper and lower deck lanes. They are in the process of doing an
environmental assessment and redevelopment design. Funding is not available, but bonds
backed by tolls will be needed. City Council Members and staff stressed the need for adequate
exit ramps to FM157, Ector Drive and Main Street in Euless as well as the undeveloped
property at the corner of SH183 and SH360.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m
