CALL TO ORDER
Assistant Police Chief Harland Westmoreland called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
COUNCIL AND STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT
Council Members present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Mayor Pro Tern Glenn Porterfield,
Council Members Carl Tyson, Leon Hogg, Linda Martin and Veva Lou Massey.
Staff members present in addition to Assistant Police Chief Harland Westmoreland, included
City Manager Joe Hennig, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, City Secretary Susan Crim,
Public Works Director Ron Young, Parks and Community Services Director Ray McDonald,
Director of Economic Development Bill Ridgway, Director of Planning and Development Mike
Collins, Fire Chief Lee Koontz, Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman, Fire Marshal Paul Smith,
Police Lieutenants Wayne Pavlik, John Williams, Joe Kraft and Danny Neil, Police Sergeants
