CALL TO ORDER
Interim Police Chief Bob Freeman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
COUNCIL AND STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT
Council Members present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Mayor Pro Tern Linda Martin
and Council Members Leon Hogg and Michael Brown.
Staff members present, in addition to Interim Police Chief Bob Freeman, included City
Manager Joe Hennig, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, Assistant City Manager
Loretta Getchell, City Secretary Susan Crim, Public Works Director Ron Young, Parks
and Community Services Director Ray McDonald, Director of Economic Development Bill
Ridgway, Director of Planning and Development Mike Collins, Fire Chief Lee Koontz,
Assistant Police Chief Harland Westmoreland, Police Lieutenants Wayne Pavlik, Joe
Kraft, Steve Kockos and Danny Neil, Sergeant David Chaney, Neighborhood Police
Officer James Gordon, Fire Division Chief Jeff Morris, City Engineer Robert Barker, Public
