CITY COUNCIL MID-WINTER WORKSESSION

Mayor Saleh called the worksession to order at 10:25 a.m. at the Texas Star Conference
Center in Euless, Texas. The agenda was posted for 9:00 a.m., but due to a schedule conflict
of a flag ceremony in Morrisdale Estates, the worksession was delayed starting until 10:25 a.m.
