Members of the Euless City Council hosted a meeting with area real estate professionals on
Friday, April 20, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. at Texas Star Conference Centre, 1400 Texas Star
Parkway, Euless, Texas, for a discussion of real estate issues and ideas in the City of Euless.
Representatives from the City of Euless included:

Mayor Pro Tem Linda Martin
Council Member Leon Hogg
Council Member Glenn Porterfield
City Manager Joe Hennig
Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie
Assistant City Manager Loretta Getchell
Director of Economic Development Bill Ridgway
Director of Planning and Development Mike Collins
City Secretary Susan Crim
Area realtors present included:

Dolly Hingst, Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc.

Darryl Day, Day Real Estate
Bill Ridgway welcomed the realtors and briefly described the residential real estate activity in the
City of Euless. He directed questions to the guests to determine areas where the City might be
more proactive in assisting them in showcasing the City. Each of the real estate professionals
gave their views on the City's listings, neighborhood pricing, schools, utility connections, streets,
parks, curb appeal, price mix, impact of multi-family and churches. A general discussion was
held to determine what changes would maximize residential real estate sales in the City.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
