MAY 18, 2007
CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order at 10:07 a.m. on
Friday, May 18, 2007, in the Mayor's Conference Room in City Hall, 201 N. Ector Drive,
Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh and Council Member Leon
Hogg. Pursuant to Section 67.004 of the Texas Election Code, two members of the City
Council constitute a quorum for purposes of canvassing an election.
Staff Members Present
City Manager Joe Hennig, Assistant City Manager Loretta Getchell, City Secretary Susan
Crim, and Deputy City Secretary Becky Null.
Visitors Present
Ava Cardona and Candidates Tim Stinneford and Perry Bynum.
ITEM NO. 1 APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 07-1247 CANVASSING THE MAY 12,
2007, GENERAL ELECTION
Council Member Leon Hogg motioned to approve Resolution No. 07-1247, canvassing the
results of the May 12, 2007, City Council General Election as follows:

Mayor Saleh seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Saleh and Council Member Hogg
Nays: None
The motion was declared carried.
ITEM NO. 2 APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 07-1248 CANVASSING THE MAY 12,
2007, SPECIAL ELECTION
Council Member Leon Hogg motioned to approve Resolution No. 07-1248, canvassing the
results of the May 12, 2007, City Council General Election as follows:

Warren Wilson 305
TOTAL VOTERS: 1,683
Mayor Saleh seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Saleh and Council Member Hogg
Nays: None
The motion was declared carried.
