June 25, 2007
CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order at 10:09 a.m. on
Monday, June 25, 2007, in the Precouncil Room in City Hall, 201 N. Ector Drive, Euless,
Texas. Those present included Mayor Pro Tern Linda Martin and Council Member Leon
Hogg. Pursuant to Section 67.004 of the Texas Election Code, two members of the City
Council constitute a quorum for purposes of canvassing an election.
Staff Members Present
City Secretary Susan Crim, Deputy City Secretary Becky Null
Visitors Present
Council Member Elect Tim Stinneford, Christopher Smith, and Charlotte Smith.
ITEM NO. 1 APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 07-1253 CANVASSING THE JUNE 16,
2007, CITY COUNCIL GENERAL RUNOFF ELECTION
Council Member Hogg motioned to approve Resolution No. 07-1253, canvassing the
results of the June 16, 2007, City Council General Runoff Election as follows:

Carl Tyson 544
TOTAL VOTERS: 1,407
Mayor Pro Tem Martin seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Pro Tern Martin and Council Member Hogg
Nays: None
The motion was declared carried.

ITEM NO. 2 APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 07-1254 CANVASSING THE JUNE 16,
2007, CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL RUNOFF ELECTION
Council Member Hogg motioned to approve Resolution No. 07-1254, canvassing the
results of the June 16, 2007, City Council Special Runoff Election as follows:

TOTAL VOTERS: 1,407
Mayor Pro Tern Martin seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Pro Tern Martin and Council Member Hogg
