EULESS CITY HALL THURSDAY, JANUARY 10, 2008 CALL TO ORDER Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and noted that this is the 15th consecutive year that the City of Euless has held town hall meetings. COUNCIL AND STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT Mayor Mary Lib Saleh and Council Members Tim Stinneford, Linda Martin and Charlie Miller participated in the panel along with staff department directors. Councilmember Glenn Porterfield was also present and Mayor Pro Tern Leon Hogg and Council Member Perry Bynum arrived at 7:40 p.m. after representing the City at the Trinity High School Community Pep Rally celebrating the Trinity Trojans victory as State Football Champions. Staff members present, in addition to Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman, included City Manager Gary McKamie, Deputy City Manager Loretta Getchell, Special Projects Manager Kay Godbey, City Secretary Susan Crim, Police Chief Mike Brown, Public Works Director Ron Young, Parks and Community Services Director Ray McDonald, Director of Economic Development Bill Ridgway, Director of Planning and Development Mike Collins, Fire Chief Lee Koontz, Assistant Police Chief Harland Westmoreland, Police Lieutenants Steve Eskew, Wayne Pavlik, Joe Kraft, Steve Kockos and Danny Neil, Sergeant David S. Chaney, Neighborhood Police Officer James Gordon, Assistant Fire Chief Robert Isbell, Fire Division Chief Jeff Morris, City Engineer Robert Barker, Public Works Manager J. T. Ackerman, Parks Superintendent Terry Boaz, Victims Assistant Kathy Haecker, Librarian Kate Lyon and Communications and Marketing Manager Betsy Boyett.
