CALL TO ORDER
Assistant Police Chief Bob Freeman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

The panel for the Town Hall discussion included Mayor Pro Tem Leon Hogg, and
Council Members Linda Martin, Perry Bynum and Tim Stinneford, Deputy City Manager
Loretta Getchell, Police Chief Mike Brown, Assistant Fire Chief Robert Isbell, Economic
Development Director Bill Ridgway, Director of Public Works Ron Young, Parks and
Community Services Director Ray McDonald, and Planning and Development Manager
Chris Barker.

City Secretary Susan Crim, Deputy City Secretary Becky Null, Director of Planning and

Mayor Saleh was attending the U. S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, D.C., and
City Manager Gary McKamie was absent due to his father's illness.
