COUNCIL AND STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT City Secretary Susan Crim, Deputy City Secretary Becky Null, Director of Planning and Development Mike Collins, Fire Division Chief/EMS Jeff Morris, Director of Finance Vicki Rodriquez, City Engineer Robert Barker, Public Works Manager J. T. Ackerman, Police Lt. Danny Neill, Police Lt. Joe Kraft, Police Lt. John Williams, Police Lt. Steve Kockos, Administrative Patrol Sgt. David S. Chaney, Neighborhood Police Officers Joe Hoerth and Shelly Hartley, Human Resources/Risk Administrator Carolyn Marshall, Library Administrator Kate Lyons, Parks Superintendent Terry Boaz, and Communications/Marketing Manager Betsy Deck. Mayor Saleh was attending the U. S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, D.C., and City Manager Gary McKamie was absent due to his father's illness.
