Mayor Pro Tern Leon Hogg called the worksession to order at 9:05 a.m. at the Texas
Star Conference Center in Euless, Texas. Those present included:

City Manager Gary McKamie Deputy City Manager Loretta Getchell
City Secretary Susan Crim
Mayor Mary Lib Saleh was absent due to illness.
Director of Finance Vicki Rodriquez arrived at 10:15 a.m.
Planning and Development Manager Chris Barker arrived at 1:30 p.m.
Director of Planning and Development Mike Collins arrived at 1:50 p.m.
Director of Economic Development Bill Ridgway arrived at 2:00 p.m.
Nov Planning and Zoning Commission Members Troy Mennis, Tony May, Andy Bearden
and LuAnn Portugal arrived at 2:00 p.m.
Euless Development Corporation Board Members Wayne Marrs and Carmen Deithloff
arrived at 2:00 p.m.
