CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order at 8:15 a.m. on
Monday, May 19, 2008, in the Mayors Conference Room in City Hall, 201 N. Ector Drive,
Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor Pro Tern Leon Hogg and Council Member
Perry Bynum. Pursuant to Section 67.004 of the Texas Election Code, two members of
the City Council constitute a quorum for purposes of canvassing an election.

ITEM NO. 1 APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 08-1276 CANVASSING THE MAY 10,
2008, CITY COUNCIL GENERAL ELECTION
Council Member Bynum motioned to approve Resolution No. 08-1276, canvassing the
results of the May 10, 2008, City Council General Election as follows:

Mayor Pro Tern Hogg seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Pro Tern Hogg and Council Member Bynum
Nays: None
The motion was declared carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 a.m.
