CERTIFICATION OF ACTION
I, KIM SUTTER, Secretary for the Euless Development Corporation, Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, in the performance of the functions of my office, do
hereby certify the action of the Euless Development Corporation listed below:
The following members of the EDC Board of Directors were present at a
meeting held on December 12, 2017.
Linda Martin, Chair
Linda Eilenfeldt, Director
Tim Stinneford, Director
Jeremy Tompkins, Director
Sonja Adams, Director
Carmen Deitloff, Director
Wayne Marrs, Director
Loretta Getchell, President
Bob Freeman, First Vice President
Kim Sutter, Secretary
Janina Jewell, Treasurer
Whereby, a motion was made by Director Wayne Marrs and seconded by
Director Tim Stinneford, authorizing the President to negotiate and execute
conveyance documents for the purchase of property located at 411 N. Main
Street, Euless, Texas.
The motion carried unanimous vote.
