Euless, being of Sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testment. 1. At my death I desire any indebtedness that I may owe to be paid, including my burial expenses and such suitable monument over my grave as my children may desire to erect. 2. All the rest and residue of any estate of whatever kind I may own at my death I will and direct that the same be paid out turned over and distributed to my daughters, Minnie Lawrence, Turley Bomar, Lula Johnson, and my son, Frank Euless. I make this bequest not because of any partiality that I have or might have, or favoritism between my children, but as a matter of duty, in as much as under the will of my late husband he provided a support and maintenance for one and I chose in a great measure to my children, that is, certain rights that I had under said will, and the above four children have largely and in the main complied with the arrangements under which their shares of the estate were surrendered to them, by paying up the annual stepends, and it is for this reason that I think and feel that in justice to them they should have what estate I have left, and I make this bequest accordingly. I leave it to my sons-in-law, W. S. Bomar, and his wife Turley, and Smith Lawrence and wife Minnie, and Samuel Johnson and wife Lula, and my son Franklin, the beneficiaries under this will, to determine who should wind it up as Administrator. They can all qualify or any one of them they may select may qualify. Given this the 8th day of March, 1907.
