CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro
Tem Tim Stinneford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2010, in the Mayors Conference
Room in City Hall, 201 N. Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor Pro
Tern Tim Stinneford and Council Member Linda Martin. Pursuant to Section 67.004 of
the Texas Election Code, two members of the City Council constitute a quorum for
purposes of canvassing an election.

ITEM NO. 1 APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 10-1341 CANVASSING THE MAY 8,
,.. 2010, CITY COUNCIL GENERAL ELECTION
Council Member Martin motioned to approve Resolution No. 10-1341, canvassing the
results of the May 8, 2010, City Council General Election as follows:

Place 1 Lorren Britton 81
Tim Stinneford 330
Place 3 Linda Martin 372
TOTAL BALLOTS CAST: 419
Mayor Pro Tern Stinneford seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Pro Tern Stinneford and Council Member Martin
Nays: None
Mayor Pro Tern Stinneford declared the motion carried.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
