Panel members included Mayor Linda Martin, Mayor Pro Tem Eddie Price and Council
Members Tim Stinneford, Jeremy Tompkins, Linda Eilenfeldt, Harry Zimmer, Perry Bynum,
and city staff including City Manager Loretta Getchell, Deputy City Manager Bob Freeman,
Assistant City Manager Chris Barker, Police Chief Mike Brown, Director of Planning and
Economic Development Mike Collins, Public Works Director Hal Cranor, Director of Parks
and Community Services Ray McDonald, and Fire Chief Wes Rhodes.

TOPICS OF DISCUSSION
Staff addressed questions from the audience related to the following..
- Home alarm permits
- Proposed senior housing development
- Addition of grocery store in south Euless
- Library renovation
- Parade routes (City and School)
- Senior center and programs offered
- Green space and parks plan
- Improvements and renovations at The Parks at Texas Star
- Addition of sidewalks on Highway 10
- Dog park
- Traffic concerns
- Budget
Planning and Development Director Mike Collins presented a development update
including Glade Parks, and Founders Parc, formerly known as Midtown.
Emergency Management Coordinator Suzanne Hendrickson provided an overview of
Nixle, the City's new emergency notification system, and encouraged residents to sign up
to receive the notifications.
The Mayor and City Council expressed their appreciation to those in attendance for their
questions and comments.
