MINUTES
The Pre-Commission meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission was called to
order by Vice Chairman McNeese at 5:30 p.m. in the Building "C" Conference Room.
Four members of the Planning and Zoning Commission were in attendance.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION OF SCHEDULED ITEMS
- COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Vice Chairman McNeese called the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to order
at 7:00 p.m. for the consideration of scheduled items. He stated there were four
members of the Planning and Zoning Commission present.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION: Commissioner Deithloff led the
Pledge of Allegiance and Commissioner Grove gave the Invocation.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Vice Chairman McNeese asked if there were any
corrections or additions to the proposed minutes of the last meeting. Commissioner
Sloan made the motion to approve the minutes as presented. Commissioner Grove
seconded the motion. The vote was as follows:
Ayes: Vice Chairman McNeese, Commissioners Deithloff, Grove, Sloan
Nays: None
The motion carried.

REGULAR AGENDA
Vice Chairman McNeese turned the meeting over to staff for comments.
Mr. Bo Bass, Director of Planning and Development, explained that the agenda had
been improperly posted and gave the following dates for postponement of cases:
Item I Zoning Case #00-03-ZC P&Z 6/6/00 City Council 6/27/00
Item 2 Site Plan #00-09-SP P&Z 5/22/00 City Council 5/23/00
Item 3 Preliminary Plat#00-03-PP P&Z 5/22/00
Mr. Bass explained that the zoning case requires a 15 day notification and would be
renotified.
There being no further business, Vice Chairman McNeese adjourned the meeting at
7:04 P.M.
