CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Linda
Martin at 6:04 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2018, in the Precouncil Conference Room
of Euless City Hall, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor
Linda Martin, Mayor Pro Tem Eddie Price, and Council Members Tim Stinneford, Linda
Eilenfeldt, Harry Zimmer, and Perry Bynum. Council Member Jeremy Tompkins was not
present due to a scheduled absence.
Staff Members Present
City Manager Loretta Getchell and City Secretary Kim Sutter.
CLOSED SESSION
The Euless City Council convened in Closed Session at 6:04 p.m. to discuss the evaluation
of the City Manager and City Secretary as authorized by Section 551.074 of the Texas
Government Code— Deliberation Regarding Personnel Matters.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was reconvened into open session and adjourned at 8:51 p.m.
