CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless Planning & Zoning Commission
convened at 6:10 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2003, in the conference room of
the Administration Building. Commissioners present included Richard McNeese,
Bill Tarin, Mike Grove, Tony May, Monty Huffman and Ron Hughes.
Staff Members Present
Director of Planning and Development Mike Collins, Planning and Development
Manager Eric Wilhite and Director of Public Works Ron Young.
CLOSED SESSION
Closed session was held regarding Grace Community Church litigation as
authorized by Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
