The boy's head injury was not believed to be life-threaten- ing and he was not trick-or- treating when he was hit,police said. The boy rode his bicycle ' across the roadway and was struck about 6:20 p.m.,accord- ing to police reports. The child,whose name was ' not available,appeared to be in stable condition when placed in the helicopter,Euless police said in a statement.
