The City Council of the City of Euless has determined that no
change to the land use assumptions, capital improvements plan,
or impact fees is necessary.
The service area is described as the corporate city limits of the
City of Euless, Texas, in which the updating has been
determined to be unnecessary.
If the City of Euless receives a written request from a person on
or before August 13, 2004, requesting that the land use
assumptions, capital improvements plan, or impact fee to be
updated, the City of Euless will comply with the request by
following the requirements of the Texas Local Government Code
Sections 395.052-395.057.
Any such written request should be sent to the following official
of the City of Euless:

"It's an honor to have one of
' these types of tournaments,"Wal-
lace said. "The TGA approached
about hosting this in the middle of
' last year. So it was a challenge to
get everything ready for this event.
But the course is in beautiful
shape."
' Texas Star's reputation as a
challenging but fair golf course
has caught statewide attention.
In August, Texas Star will host
' the National Collegiate Player
Tour national championship
tournament.
Last year, it hosted the USGA
' amateur qualifier in which the
winner participated in the U.S.
Amateur.
