Texas. Congressman Kenny Marchant invited high school art students in the district to enter the ' contest,which is held in each con- gressional,district. Kaylee's artwork will be dis- played in the Cannon Tunnel on ' = Capitol Hill in Washington for the next year. Her piece, "Guardian," depicts a statue of an angel hold- ing a cross. She created her piece ' using a wooden board covered in white polymer paint and black In- dian ink.
