The Shops at Vineyard Village Acquires More Tenants
Staples, PetSmart, Marshall's Anchor Euless, TX Retail Center
Next spring several tenants--Ross Dress for Less, Marshall's, Bed, Bath,
and Beyond, Staples, PetSmart, Shoe Pavilion, Party City, Dollar Tree and
Famous Footwear--will move into The Shops at Vineyard Village.
The 450,000-square-foot power center at the southeast corner of West
_ Glade Road and SH 121 in Euless, TX, is on 46 acres. These tenants will
join tenant-owned LA Fitness and Lowe's Home Improvement locations,
- already on-site.
Ross Dress for Less leased 30,187 square feet and was represented by Jim Tapp of The Tapp Co. Marshall'
s leased 28,000 square feet. Robert Aycock of Princeton Partners represented Marmaxx Operating Corp.
in the negotiation. Bed, Bath and Beyond leased 28,000 square feet and was represented by Steve
Lieberman of The Retail Connection.

Familiar name in odd place
On his second tour in Iraq,Army Staff Sgt.Dustin
Williams of Euless thought he had seen it all.

A few days ago,he was part of an operation to
rout out insurgents who were hiding in Baqouba,
35 miles northeast of Baghdad.As he was going
door-to-door,he saw a child wearing a Euless
Parks&Community Services T-shirt,said his fa-
ther,Euless police Lt.John Williams.
The boy didn't speak English,so Dustin Wil-
liams has no idea how the boy got the T-shirt.
"He said he almost dropped his teeth,"John
Williams wrote in an e-mail."Odd that a soldier
