The class, which meets monthly with area leaders,will also plan and complete a community service project.A day trip to Austin to observe state government at work is also scheduled. Angela Velasco, from Tarrant County College-Northeast and one of this year's class members, said in a statement, "The HEB Leadership course curricula has not only met but has exceeded my expecta- tions for what I had hoped to learn about the issues and the concerns of the HEB community."
