Meeting was called to order at 7 : 05pm by Leon Hogg. Minutes were
approved as read.
Guests
Evelyn Thomas of 417 Freestone Drive in Euless was introduced and
she briefed the members on herself and her interest in
beautification.
Committee Reports
The Committee discussed the upcoming Great Texas Trash-off which
will be held on a state wide basis Saturday, April 4 , 1992.
Members stated that in the past businesses have been contacted,
as well as schools, city employees, and scout troops.
After discussion, the committee voted to take part in the Great
Texas Trash-Off.

2nd: Irene Rosecrans
Passed unanimously
Members Kindinger and Rosecrans will work to plan the upcoming
event.
Member Rosecrans briefed the committee on recycling and said she
talks to residents as often as she can at city Hall . She said
BEE brochures are handed out. She further reported that Beth
Earle at City Hall will help publicize all upcoming BEE projects.
Member Kindinger reported that their are many people interested
in helping in projects, and many of those people just can't
attend the monthly meeting. He felt it was important to have
monthly projects to keep BEE visibility in the community.
Everyone on the Committee agreed enthusiastically.
Mr. Herold also stated that work in the Villages of Bear Creek
Park would be appreciated before the pre-grand opening of the
facility Saturday, April 11. It was decided if enough people
take part in the trash-off that could be one of our areas of
cleaning.
Mr. Herold said a Ruth Millican painting also needed to be held,
and the Lions Club had expressed an interest in helping on that
project.

Were served to all members and guests in attendance.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:05p.m.
