the Mayor and City Council of the City of Euless wish to promote the
beautification of Euless for the enrichment of the lives of its citizens, thereby
enhancing the quality of life in the community thus bringing into a working reality
"Euless -- We're Building a Beautiful Tomorrow"; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless "Beautify Euless Everyday (BEE) Committee"
conducts a Yard of the Month program for citizens of Euless, and said Committee
has after much deliberation determined the Yard of the Month to be awarded to
MR. AND MRS. CHARLES E. FLEMING
