GALA COMMITTEE MEETING
MEETING OF MARCH 22, 2018

The Banquet Committee of the Teen Court Advisory Board of the cities of Hurst, Euless and
Bedford, Texas met at 5:30 p.m. at Bedford City Hall, Downstairs Conference Room, on the 22nd
day of March 2018, with the following members present:
HURST: Lorrie Dickerson, Bien Camungol
EULESS:
BEDFORD: Kathleen Toms, Kelley Hall

CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Kathleen Toms called the meeting to order at 5:38 p.m. with four Board Members
present.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Review and discuss Annual Teen Court Scholarship Gala Information.
Teen Court Coordinator Mindy Eichorst presented a spreadsheet with silent auction items that had
been received to the Board Members. Ms. Eichorst explained she needed to have the items' value and
starting bid so this could be given to All for G0000000d, the silent auction company assisting with the
event. All of the silent auction items were discussed and given starting bid amounts. These items
stayed with Ms. Eichorst so bid sheets and fliers with descriptions could be designed.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
