MINUTES
MARCH 22, 1994
A special called meeting of the Euless Industrial
Development Authority (IDA) was called to order at 5: 35
p.m. on Tuesday, March 22 , 1994 , in the Downstairs
Conference Room of Building A, Euless Municipal Complex,
201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas.
Members present included:
Mayor Mary Lib Saleh
Mayor Pro Tem Bobby Baker
Councilman Todd Smith
Councilman Henry Boatright
Lawrence Lubrano
Helen Lightbody
Harold D. Samuels
Other persons present included:
City Attorney James Cribbs
City Secretary Susan Crim
City Manager Tom Hart
Assistant City Manager Joe Hennig
City Attorney James Cribbs explained the agreement
between the City of Euless and Atlas Match Corporation
for the company to relocate in the City with assistance
of a City approved bond issue. He further explained the
resolution being considered was necessary in order to
allow the payment of dividends.
Upon motion by Councilman Baker and second by Councilman
Boatright, the resolution approving an amendment to the
supplemental loan agreement dated December 1 , 1985, by
and among Atlas Match Corporation and Glenn D. Walker,
John McLaughlin, AMC Industries, Inc. , as guarantors and
Texas Commerce Bank, as trustee and Mercantile Bank of
Fort Worth, as purchaser was approved by unanimous vote
to be effective March 14 , 1994 .
Helen Lightbody inquired about the current officers of
the Industrial Development Authority. The City Attorney

agreed to inform the members of the board the
requirements of the bylaws regarding officers and
meetings.
There being no further business before the Authority, the
meeting was adjourned at 6 : 00 p.m.

A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE EULESS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY will be held at the Euless Municipal Administration Building, Conference
Room #2, 201 North Ector Drive, convening at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 1994, to
consider and act upon any lawful subject which may come before it, including among
others the following:
Consideration of a Resolution authorizing an addendum to supplemental
loan agreement dated December 1, 1985, among Atlas Match Corporation
and Glenn D. Walker, John McLaughlin, AMC Industries, Inc. as
Guarantors and Texas Commerce Bank as Trustee and Mercantile Bank of
Fort Worth as Purchaser.
