EULESS NON-PROFIT INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
AUGUST 111 1992
A special called meeting of the Euless Industrial
Development Authority was called to order at 3 : 30 p.m. on
Tuesday, August 11 , 1992 , in Conference Room No. 2 of the
Euless Municipal Administration Building, 201 North Ector
Drive, Euless, Texas.
Members of the Authority in attendance were Chairman of the
Board Harold Samuels, Directors Neal Adams, Bobby Baker,
Todd Smith, Willie Mae McCormick, Peter Staks and Glenn
Walker. City Attorney Bob McFarland and City Secretary
Susan Crim were also in attendance.
Neal Adams nominated Bobby Baker to serve as Secretary of
the Industrial Development Authority and he was elected by
acclamation.
City Attorney Bob McFarland explained the effect of the
resolution being considered. Director Bobby Baker moved to
approve the resolution authorizing the execution and
delivery of certain documents in connection with the
substitution of the Letter of Credit and the replacement of
the Remarketing Agent, the Trustee and the Tender Agent for
the Euless Industrial Development Authority Revenue Bonds
(Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. , Project) Series 1985 . The
motion was seconded by Director Todd Smith and carried by
unanimous vote.
There being no further business before the Authority, the
meeting was adjourned at 4 : 00 p.m.

A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE EULESS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
will be held at the Euless Municipal Administration Building,
Conference Room #2, 201 North Ector Drive, convening at 3:30 p.m. ,
Tuesday, August 11, 1992, to consider and act upon any lawful
subject which may come before it, including among others the
following:
Election of Officers
Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the
substitution of a Letter of Credit and substitution of
Remarketing Agent, Tender Agent and Trustee and approval
of certain modifications to the Trust Indenture and
Placement Memorandum
In Re: Euless Industrial Development Authority Revenue
Bonds (Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. , Project) Series 1985
