MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE
EULESS NON-PROFIT INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
AUGUST 9, 1990
A called meeting of the Euless Non-Profit Industrial
Development Authority was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on
Thursday, August 9, 1990 , in the Council Conference Room of the
Euless Municipal Building, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless,
Texas.
Members of the Authority in attendance were Harold Samuels, Bob
Eden, Willie Mae McCormick, Glenn Walker and Bob Pippin. City
Attorney, Bob McFarland, was also in attendance.
Bob Eden moved to approve a resolution approving an
Interpretative Agreement and authorizing the execution thereof
on behalf of the Euless Industrial Development Authority with
respect to the Euless Industrial Development Authority
Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Atlas Match Corporation
Project) , Series 1985 in the amount of $2 ,600,000 . The motion
was seconded by Willie Mae McCormick and passed by a vote of
4-0 with Glenn Walker abstaining.
There being no further business before the Authority, the
meeting was adjourned at 9: 30 a.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
TAKE NOTICE THAT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE EULESS INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY will be held at the Euless Municipal
Building, in the City Council Conference Room, 201 North Ector
Drive, convening at 9:00 a.m. , Thursday, August 9, 1990, to
consider and act upon any lawful subject which may come before it,
including among others the following:

APPROVING AN INTERPRETATIVE AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZING E?(ECUTION THEPMF WITH RESPECT
TO REVENUE BONDS (ATLAS MATCH CORPORATION
PROTECT) SERIES 1985 IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,600,000
