THE MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE EULESS
NON-PROFIT INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
HELD ON
NOVEMBER 13 , 1984
A called meeting of the Euless Non-Profit Industrial Develop-
ment Authority was called to order at 6 : 00 p . m . , on Tuesday ,
November 13 , 1984, in the Conference Room of the Euless Muni-
cipal Building, 201 N . Ector Drive , Euless , Texas .
Persons in attendance were Neal Adams , Troy Fuller ( Chairman ) ,
Jim Ivy (Secretary ) , Willie Mae McCormick , Bob McFarland ( City
Attorney ) , and Jean Beam (Secretary ) .
Also in attendance were Jeff Lueschel and Harold Lanham,
representing Kuelbs Investments .
ITEM 1 : Kuelbs Investments
Chairman Troy Fuller opened the public hearing . Jeff Lueschel ,
McCall , Parkhurst , & Horton , 900 Shamrock Tower , Dallas , Texas ,
76201-6587 , explained to the Authority that the company he was
representing , Chrome Specialties , Inc . , would be located at
3227 W . Euless Boulevard and that the building would be re-
juvenated and attractive . He further stated that the plans were
progressing well .
Discussion was held concerning the liability of the Authority
in respect to the sale of the bonds and the safeguards taken by
the purchaser .
There were no opponents present concerning this request .
Bob McFarland brought out that there were two Resolutions , the
first being the loan agreement and the second containing the
terms , times and methods of the sale of bonds .
It was moved by Neal Adams , seconded by Mrs . McCormick , to
approve the first Resolution being the loan agreement . Chair-
man Fuller announced that the motion carried .
It was moved by Mrs . McCormick , seconded by Jim Ivy , to approve
the second Resolution concerning the terms , times and methods
of the sale of bonds . Chairman Fuller announced that the motion
carried .
ITEM 2 : Issuance Fee for Industrial Development Bonds
Bob McFarland discussed with the authority the possibility of
charging an issuance fee for Industrial Development Bonds .

was adjourned at 5 : 15 p .m .

TAKE NOTICE THAT A MEETING OF THE
EULESS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
will be held at
Euless Municipal Building
City Hall
201 North Ector Drive
Euless, Texas
commencing at 6 o'clock P.M. on the 13th day of November, 1984 ,
to consider and act upon any lawful subject which may come
before it, including, among others, the following:
(1) A public hearing to be held regarding the issuance of
a bond to provide the cost of a motorcycle distribu-
tion center for Kuelbs Investments,
(2) A Resolution 21W,thoriz4 ng the Issuance, Sale, and
Delivery of Euless Industrial Development Authority
(Kuelbs Investments Project) Revenue Bond, Series
1984, and Approving and Authorizing Instruments and
Procedures Relating Thereto.
