COUNCIL AND STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT
Panel members included Mayor Linda Martin, Mayor Pro Tem Tim Stinneford and Council
Members Jeremy Tompkins, Eddie Price, Linda Eilenfeldt, Harry Zimmer, Salman Bhojani,
and city staff including City Manager Loretta Getchell, Deputy City Manager Bob Freeman,
Assistant City Manager Chris Barker, Police Chief Mike Brown, Director of Planning and
Economic Development Mike Collins, Public Works Director Hal Cranor, Director of Parks
and Community Services Ray McDonald, and Fire Chief Wes Rhodes.
Staff members present included Deputy City Secretary Lindsay Wells, Director of Finance

Deputy City Manager Bob Freeman introduced the Panel.
TOPICS OF DISCUSSION
Staff addressed questions from the audience related to the following:
- Addition of grocery store in south Euless
- Library renovation
- Street sweepers
- Riverwalk development
- 99 Cent Store renovation
- Highway 121 expansion
- Crime Control and Prevention District (CCPD) renewal
- Closed gas stations
- Expanded recycling
- Apartment burglaries
- Carr Park renovation
- Dog park
- Traffic concerns
Planning and Development Director Mike Collins presented a development update
including Glade Parks, and Founders Parc, formerly known as Midtown.
Assistant City Manager Chris Barker presented upcoming road improvements and water
well replacements.
Council Member Zimmer introduced Mele Rivera and Lavinia Vaitai, members of the Euless
Tongan Committee.
The Mayor and City Council expressed their appreciation to those in attendance for their
questions and comments.
