GUEST SPEAKER Andy Weinzapfel gave a presentation regarding the history and future of Mosier Valley. Along with his explanation of the history of the school, church, and other facilities based on Weldon Cannon’s research, he also discussed his archival search using metal detecting, internet, and interviews. Because of the development in the area, he is somewhat hindered in his search. His plan is to continue his investigation, to reach out to residents of the area, and to obtain information from the City of Fort Worth on which much of the land is located. Valuable input to aid in research was provided by Michele Burger, Barbara Collier, Joe Cannon, Marilyn Long and Bill Byers. A suggestion was made to move the farm implements to the Barn in order to make room for a Mosier Valley exhibit in the Museum.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES Linda Pool made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Don Martin seconded the motion. With unanimous support, the minutes were approved.
PRESENTATION BY GUEST Tommy Simmons from the Grapevine Historical Committee made a brief presentation of the history of Grapevine and the commonalities of their history with that of the City of Euless. He was invited to return to a future meeting.

COMMITTEE REPORT Mavy Wright made a recommendation to use funds amounting to no more than $50 from the money jar to purchase two picture frames for the Mosier Valley photos. A motion was made by Al Browning and seconded by Barbara Collier. After unanimous approval, the motion passed. Al Browning suggested remodeling the vacant Blacksmith building by filling it with simulated items. Due to the non-compliant building structure, it could be a non-functional facility and still look realistic. Soliciting of donations would be recommended so a future event could occur.
STAFF REPORT PACS Director Ray McDonald gave an update to the installation of drains at the Fuller House. Further repairs will be forthcoming once the ground dries.
ADJOURNMENT Peggy Vandiver made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Al Browning. Chairperson Suzy McCormick adjourned the meeting at 11:20 a.m. Respectfully submitted by: Anniece McKanna, Committee Secretary
