GALA COMMITTEE MEETING
MEETING OF MARCH 18, 2019

The Banquet Committee of the Teen Court Advisory Board of the cities of Hurst, Euless and
Bedford, Texas met at 6:00 p.m. at Bedford City Hall, Downstairs Conference Room, on the 18th
Jay of March 2019, with the following members present.
HURST: Bien Camungol
EULESS:
BEDFORD: Kathleen Toms
HEB Teen Court Coordinator- Mindy Eichorst

CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Kathleen Toms called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. with two Board Members
present.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Review and discuss Annual Teen Court Scholarship Gala Information.
Teen Court Coordinator Mindy Eichorst handed a spreadsheet with all of the silent auction items listed
to Chairperson Kathleen Toms and Vice chairperson Bien Camungol. The silent auction items were
already in the conference room but need to be numbered, starting bids and increments on items,
bundled with other items, and description of items need to be put in the acrylic holders. Ms. Eichorst
had all of the Teen Recipient certificates and the adult volunteer certificates ready to be signed by both
Ms.Toms and Mr. Camungol.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
