Summary of Request/Problem:

Kelly Attebury, who was appointed to the Animal Shelter Advisory Board
is no longer affiliated with the North Texas Humane Society and we can-
not locate her to obtain her resignation.
Recommendation/Action Requested & Justification:
Remove Kelly Attebury from the board and appoint Doris Heath, a
member of the North Texas Humane Society that has expressed a
willingness to serve on our board.
