CONSIDER THE REQUEST OF SUMEER HOMES FOR A VARIANCE TO THE REQUIRED 25' STREET SIDE YARD. Chairman Sims explained the rules governing a public hearing and opened the hearing. Mr. Suresh Shrindharani, representing Sumeer Homes, stated that the home constructed at 501 Aurora two years ago was built 1.10' over the required 25' street side yard in error. Mr. Suresh stated that the house was used as a model initially, and • was now being occupied as a rental house. He further stated that the construction loan was due and refinancing was in progress. The refinancing required a survey be done at which time the setback error was discovered. The property slopes fairly steeply away from the house to the street and the street curves. All of which contributed to the side yard measurement error. Chairman Sims asked for further opponents/proponents. There being none, he closed the public hearing and called for discussion among the board members. ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS, MAY 28, 1991 - PAGE TWO Mr. Grant moved to approve the request as presented.
