stated their concern about what the area mwould like in the future. They also
3tated that they would like to see a planned develo;wment, for C-2 rather than just
straight C-2.
Mr. Knight. stated that Mr, Miller and his cFoup have an electrical co!.tracting
that I located in the exist!ng, house �nd is a conforming use in accordance mrith the
Zonlng Ordinance of thie CiLy of Euless. As stated earlier-, it is Mr. N- `le intention
to build somi-e storage area at the rear of the building and the &I zoning that he
