Mr. Knight stated that Mr. Wong was here to answer any questions the Coirrinnission might h&ve regarding this subject. Mr. Tyson aikpd if staff was proposing the replacement of off-site developrnent signs. Mr. Wong strted that was correct. Provision for off-site developirnent signs would no Ionger exist in the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Tyson, Deithlof-I & Cotten aired their concerns regarding these signs. In the discussion, it was clarified that: the current ordinance allows a 400 square foot sion adv=.-rtisinq t!,,e project on the site, Additionally, a developer is allowed to erect. tip to four off-site signs totalling not over 200 square feet. Both the on-site and off-site signs are required to be removed after the project has been 9091b completed.
