Mr. Wafter Elliott., Elliott._ & Hughes Engineering, representing Vergil :lope, presented
the request for Preliminary & Final Platting on I._ot. 19, Block 1, Euless Gardens II
Addition. He stated that the owiner desires "o plat this property for the purpose of
adding irni rovements for a usiness.
'Chair-rnan Dei'[)Ioff asked if he had received Mr. Knight's letter of September 29,
1983.
Mr. Elliritt stated that he had.
