He stated that the owiner desires "o plat this property for the purpose of adding irni rovements for a usiness. 'Chair-rnan Dei'[)Ioff asked if he had received Mr. Knight's letter of September 29, 1983. Mr. Elliritt stated that he had. tvlr. Tyson asked what was planned for Vine `.itreet. �."r.
