Mr. McMillan made a motion to recornrnerid approval of the F-imal: fllatti^q of Par::
Hill Addition subiect to 'Ar. Knight's letter o-f October 14, 1983, and them. the
developer accept. the four stipulations stated in Mr. KniyEit's! letter anc-1 also
accepting the Parks & Recre:ation Board re:COmfriendation regarding the playgrraund,
in li.>u of a Maintenance .40.reernent..
