He pointed out that the buildings on the property were designed and used as a light industrial case, i.e., trucking company, and since the property is no longer under a non conformi:q industrial case, they request that the property be rezoned to allow sarrie. ]-here being no additional proponents or opporients, Chairman Deithloff closed the pukiic hearing. Mr. Tyson stated his concern over some of the uses allowed in l-l. Mr. L.v i.ch shared ]vlr.. .T.yson's concern. He felt the request is compati0le with the Future. Land Use Plan and did not think the C-2 strip zoning is reasonable now. The remaining Corny nissiori members were in agreement.. Mr. Lynch made a to recommend approval of Z.C. #8Z.-Ol as submitted. Mr. P-?cMillon seconded the rnotion, and a vote is as follows: Ayes: Messrs. Lynch, MclAillon, Hill, ­f yson, and Deithloff -Jays: None r-nairman Deithloff declared the motion carried. Several of the rnernbers mentioned they liked the new nurribering system of the zoning cases. II.
