Mr. Thomias Hollywood, 101 Kevin Drive, President of Knob Hill Flomeo-wrier's Association, spoke in favor of the request. Chairman Lynch asked for any opponents. There being none, he closed the public hearing. Chairinian Lynch asked Mr. Tyler if StaFf had received any forms of protest regarding this request . Mr. Tyler stated that none were received. Mr. Ingram made a motion to recommend approval of the Replatting of Lots 100 & 101 into Lot 1008, Knob Hill Mobile Home Park as requested. .Mr. Dei-th-loff seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows: Ayes: Mrs . Park , Messrs. Lynch, Ingram, Hill, McMillon, Deithloff• and Tyson Nays : None Chairman Lynch declared the motion carried. ii. CONSIDE-R P1�10"TING - P-84-43 - REPLATTING OF BLOCK 13 INTO LOTS 4, -5, f), BLOCK D, iNTERNATIONALIREGIONAL COMPLEX, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER. OF REGAL PARK WAY AND ROYAL PARK WAY There was no one in the audience representing this request . Mr. Tyler stated the rep .at is to divide a portion of Block D :into tlhre-._` lots and was submitted in compliance with the Subdivision Ordinance. Mr. Hill made a motion to recommend approval of the Replatting of Block D into Lots -1 , 5, & 6, Block 0, International /Regional Industrial Complex as submitted. Mr. McMillan seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows : Ayes: Mrs. Park, Messrs. Ingram, Hill, Deithloff, Lynch, McMillon, and Tyson Nays: None Chairman Lynch declared the notion carried. Eli. MISCELLANEOUS Mr. Tyler stated that Staff had completed the Traffic Study and it is now available if the Commission desires a copy, -tic Commission expressed the desire to receive a copy.
