The regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

replat.
k1r. Deithloff then asked for a motion.
i'vlr. Ingram made a motion to approve #P-85-39 as presentee:.
-VTr. Balsinger seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows:
ayes: Messrs. Tyson, Ingram, Ilalsinger, Hill, Tyson & Owens
Nays: None
Chairman Deithloff declared the motion carried.

Mr. William Stanley of 133 East 1,141ain 'Street, Grand Prairie, TX, presented the request for
replatting.
Pdr. Deithloff made mention of Jim MeKanna's letter of November 13, 1935, stating that
the plans were st;binitt.ed in compliance with the Subdivision Rules & Regulations.
Mr. Deithloff ,:asked for further questions; there being none, he then asked for a motion.
111r. Hill made a motion to approve LP-85-57( as presented.
Mr. Iraram seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Ingram, Ealsinger, Tyson, Deithloff &. Hill
Nays: None
Abstentions: Mr. Owens
Chairman. Deithloff declared the motion carried.
