Deithloff then asked for a motion. i'vlr. Ingram made a motion to approve #P-85-39 as presentee:. -VTr. Balsinger seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows: ayes: Messrs. Tyson, Ingram, Ilalsinger, Hill, Tyson & Owens Nays: None Chairman Deithloff declared the motion carried. II. Pdr. Deithloff made mention of Jim MeKanna's letter of November 13, 1935, stating that the plans were st;binitt.ed in compliance with the Subdivision Rules & Regulations. Mr. Deithloff ,:asked for further questions; there being none, he then asked for a motion. 111r. Hill made a motion to approve LP-85-57( as presented. Mr. Iraram seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows: Ayes: Ingram, Ealsinger, Tyson, Deithloff &. Hill Nays: None Abstentions: Mr. Owens Chairman. Deithloff declared the motion carried. III. REPORTS Mr. Knight called attention to the merno regardi-ng the City Councils decision o:a 4ZC- IV.
