APPROVAL!. QF MIN iTE'$ The animates of the regular meeting dater! January 21, 1986, were approved with the addition of Jinn McKanna's name added as staff present. I. OF PARK CENTER ADDITION, AND WEST OF ROYAL PARK WAY Chairman Deithloff introduced this case and .asked for representative of same. There was no one present to represent this replat. 1.986 013 PAGE TW'O, PLANING & ZONING COMMISSION, FEBRUARY 4, 1986 Mr. Knight explained that per dim N'1cKanna's letter of January 29, 1986, there were no exceptions to this plat. Nir Deithloff asked for questions or comments, There being none, he asked for as motion. l4:Tr. Hill made a motion to approve #P-$5-61, as presented. Mr. Ingram seconded the motion and the vote is as follows- Ayes: Messrs. Ingram, Ilaalsinger, Hill, Deithloff, Engle cC Hill N{ays. None Chairman Deithloff declared the motion carried. .II. PUBLIC" HEARING — REPLAd. ^ *P-85-63 ° RE PLAT OF LOTS 18, 1.9 20, BLOCK 15, INTO LOT :1i8R, tBLOCK 15, CEDAR I-I,.�ILLTyS ESTATES, CONTAINING 0.687 ACRES OF L tA��1�D, .l_t✓s_ CATER t3A�e IHE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FINE STREET AA�'+fD SOUTH PIPELINE, Chairman Deithloff opened the public hearing and explained the rules governing such bearing, Mr. David Terhune, 2800 Cummings, Medford, Texas, Pastor, representing; Faith Baptist Church, explained the church's request to the Commission. The church paarchaased three (3) lots on South Pipeline and Vine, Lots 18, 19 & 29, They are planning; to build an addition on the side of the church, which does not cross the property line, but comes closer to tine property line than the city requirements allow. They are requesting to eliminate the property lines so that they. can build the addition to the church. Nlr. Ingram wished to know where the church building sits at the present tune. Ile also inquired as to which property line they were asking to eliminate. Mr. Terhune explained that the church actually sits on the corner of Lot 20. 'They would be eliminating the property lanes of Lots 18 & 19. Chairman Deithloff asked for any additional proponents, There being none, he asked for any opponents. There being atone, Chairman Deithloff closed the public hearing and asked for as motion. Mr. Ingram made a motion to approve #R.-1+5-63 as presented. Mr. Mall seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows: Ayes: Nfessrs.
